You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any User Content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees you incur.
Refund policies vary by service. Please contact us at support@berkuma.net for refund requests. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in certain circumstances.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will notify you of any price changes that affect your subscription.
The Amen app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Berkuma LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berkuma LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Berkuma LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Berkuma LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
